The "My Account" logo in color.Our My Account - WaterSmart feature provides personalized water use data that can help you manage household water use, lower utility bills, AND meet Suburban’s and California’s conservation goals.

WaterSmart can be personalized to your household's composition and water use habits, giving you timely and accurate conservation tips and goals. It can also alert you to leaks in your system. It's FREE, and available 24/7.

You can customize your My Account WaterSmart profile to accurately reflect your household's composition and water use habits. In this way, WaterSmart will provide personalized water use advice, as well as alert you to excessive use. WaterSmart How To Sheet

WaterSmart Letters

Twice a year, during high-demand months, we mail customers WaterSmart Neighbor Comparison Letters. These Letters compare a customer’s water usage to their neighbors, and have proven to reduce overall consumption by 5%. Keep an eye out for yours and help us conserve this vital resource for everyone.

Conservation Landscape Classes

A landscaped California yard with low water use plants such as cactus and succulents.Suburban Water Systems has been hosting classes each year since 2010. Instructors cover topics such as the selection of native and drought resistant plants, irrigation, and water conservation tips. We offer 4 to 5 classes per year.

Rebates

Water Saving Rebates are available for residential and commercial customers. These rebates apply to the purchase of items such as toilets, clothes washers, and irrigation equipment. You will need your account number to apply for residential rebates. This can be found on your Suburban bill.

FREE Commercial and Residential Water Use Surveys

Metropolitan Water District (MWD), in partnership with WaterWise Consulting, is accepting applications for FREE Commercial and Residential Water Use Surveys. These virtual and in-person surveys provide customers with recommendations to improve outdoor landscape and indoor water use efficiency. You can learn more about the Water Efficiency Surveys in the video below, featuring West Covina Councilman Ollie Cantos.
