New Taps

If you are building your new home or adding an additional tapping, please follow our process below to set up your new water and/or wastewater service.

The Tapping Process

Application

Submit application and meter/tapping placement request map.

Approval

Once we approve your application and survey of your lot, you will be invoiced for the install. Work will only begin once payment is received in full.

Installation

After all the information is completed, weather-permitting, the installation of your tap will be completed in 5 working days. For road bores, line extension, etc. it may take 30 working days.

Submitting Your Tapping Application

Required Document 1: Tapping Application

Please download and complete the Tapping Application. You must indicate whether the new tap is water, sewer, or both.

Required Document 2: Meter/Tapping Placement Request Map

In order to streamline your installation, we must receive a marked-up official survey indicating tap and meter placement, like the example. This must include:

  • Location of the Property
  • Property Boundaries
  • Existing or planned structures
  • Adjacent roadways
  • Water Tap, Sewer Tap, or Grinder Location
