Welcome Former Corix Texas Customers

Jul 04, 2026
  • Your Utility Services

As announced last month, in July we will complete our operational merger with Texas Water Utilities (TWU). Corix Texas customers will now begin seeing changes and enhancements to their utility services. We are excited to share several updates to help serve you better, including: a new online customer portal called My Account, a refreshed website, and new convenient payment options.

A New Logo

To celebrate the merger of our Texas Water Utilities and Corix Texas operations, as well as set in place our vision for the future, we have introduced a new TWU logo.

Texas Water Utilities Logo

Our beloved Texas wildflower, the bluebonnet, stands as a symbol of our Core Value of Environmental Stewardship and commitment to healthy communities. As the state flower, the bluebonnet also emphasizes the “Texas” in Texas Water Utilities.

A New Customer Portal

The "My Account" logo in color. You will also notice My Utility Account has been replaced by a new customer online portal called My Account. You will need your 10-digit Account Number, which you can find on your bill in order to set up your new account.

Please pardon our dust as we make these changes to improve and enhance the delivery of your essential utility services. We will be sending further updates by email, bill inserts, and website posts. Please review these carefully. Our Customer Service team is also available to answer your questions.

Gas Service Customers
All gas customers will receive a new gas service account number. Those who also receive water service will now receive two separate bills, one for each service. You will be able to view both accounts within one My Account log in by clicking the drop down to switch accounts.
