My Account Portal on 3 Types of DevicesMy Account, our online self-service portal, lets you easily manage your utility account yourself.

  • View and change account details
  • See past bills and payments
  • Pay your bill
  • Set up AutoPay
  • Start / Stop and Transfer services
  • Monitor usage and save money
  • Set up alerts and reminders
  • For you convenience, all new My Account users will have paperless billing enabled.

Signing Up is Easy

From a computer or mobile web browser, Sign Up to create your My Account customer profile. You will need to have ready your:

  1. 10-digit Account Number (found on your bill)
  2. Service Address Zip Code (5 digits only)
