On July 17, Carolina Water Service of North Carolina issued an important update for Abington customers: We are pleased to share that multiple rounds of testing conducted by two certified laboratories have confirmed non-detect levels of nitrite in the Abington water system. These results indicate that nitrite levels are below federal drinking water standards and your water is safe to drink.
