Customers with Automatic Payments via Credit Card
Credit card payment information has not been transferred to our new system. Please sign up for My Account at account.mywater.us at your earliest convenience to set up automatic payment and enter your credit card payment method.

Customers with Automatic Payments via ACH
If you previously set up automatic payment through a banking institution (ACH), we are working to transfer your account information to our new portal. Use the email address we have on file to set up your online account and confirm payment information.
Follow the steps outlined below. You will need to enter your e-mail 3 times: once for your User ID, then again for your e-mail address and to confirm.
