Here’s why paperless billing is a smart choice:

☑ Simplified Account Management: Paperless billing offers the convenience of accessing your bills anytime, anywhere, as long as you have an internet connection.

☑ Same Payment Methods: Paperless billing does not change how you can pay your bill. You can still use your preferred payment method including automatic payment, online payment, mail-in payment, etc.

☑ Easy Access to Past Bills: Need to look up a previous statement? When you log into My Account you can view your billing history and access past bills.

☑ Cut Down on Paper Clutter: Say goodbye to messy filing cabinets and paper piles! Digital bills keep your bills and inbox organized.

We encourage all utility customers to use My Account for convenient, secure account management. Visit the My Account Portal page on our website for additional information.
