Bermuda Water utility rates are based on the cost of providing services to our customers. The rules under which we operate, and the prices charged for water services, are approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission.

2025 Rate Case

Bermuda Water Company (BWC) has filed a rate change request with the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) to adjust our water service rates. This filing is part of our commitment to maintaining reliable, high-quality water service while responsibly managing infrastructure investments and operating costs.

The proposed rate adjustment reflects an increase of approximately 5.3% for residential customers. For a residential customer using 6,931 gallons per month, this translates to an increase of $2.37 per month, from $42.95 to $45.24.
