Welcome to ′My Account′, Our New Customer Portal

May 30, 2025

We are excited to share that we have completed the merger of French Settlement Water Company and Utilities Inc. of Louisiana. During this transition, we’ve made several updates to help serve you better, including a new online customer portal called My Account, an updated bill design, and this refreshed website. Please continue reading, as these changes may require action by you.

Utilities Inc. of Louisiana Customers

If you previously set up automatic payments, timely action is needed to ensure uninterrupted services.

Automatic Payment via ACH: Your ACH information has been transferred to our new system. We encourage you to sign up for My Account and confirm your AutoPay information.

Automatic Payment via Credit Card: Credit card payment information WILL NOT BE TRANSFERRED to our new system. Please sign up for My Account to set up automatic payments and enter your credit card payment method.

Previous French Settlement Water Customers

If you have an existing French Settlement Water customer portal profile, your account information will be transferred, and you should have no trouble signing in. Once signed in to My Account, please confirm your bill payment preferences, including AutoPay, and notification preferences.

All Customers Who Pay By Mail

Please note, all mailed-in payments should now be addressed to:

PO Box 361230
