Your Utility Services
Dear Valued Customer,
At College and Golden Heart Utilities we are proud to deliver safe, reliable and vital service which enables our community to thrive. We have made and will continue to make improvements to the essential utility systems that serve you.
This message is to inform you of important upcoming changes to our utility service platforms.
The following changes are in progress for early November:
Our
website
is being refreshed to provide customers with an improved online experience. The new site is expected to launch in early November.
Your
bill design
will be updated. Key information including the due date, amount due, and messages will be prominently displayed. We expect the new layout to be available for your bill received in November.
Our new website will feature an improved
online customer portal
. Before the transition, our current payment portal will be retired, and we will move to a portal called
My Account.
When the old portal is retired, we will post a notice on our customer website, and you will no longer have access. Rest assured, you will still be able to make payments via phone and in person at our office while we complete this transition.
We will
expand our payment methods
to make payment more convenient.
Please, “pardon our dust” as we make these changes and be sure to read our updates as we prepare for our transition in early November. We will be communicating with customers via email, bill inserts and web postings. Our Customer Service team will also have important information to be able to assist you.
