This information is ONLY for customers who currently have their e-mail address associated with Automatic Payment (Auto Pay) via ACH or Credit Card.
To help support a seamless transition, we have securely transferred your Automatic Payment information to our new system.
We have also taken steps to create a customer profile for you in My Account, our new online customer portal — using the e-mail address currently associated with your account.
Action Needed to Access Your Online Account
On any web browser, navigate to the My Account Sign In. This can also be done from the green "Sign In" buttons on this site.
The first time you access My Account, please select “Forgot Password” on the log-in screen.
- On the next screen, you will need to enter your e-mail address twice – once for the User ID and once for the Email Address. Enter the security Verification Code, then click SUBMIT to generate a password reset email. Please follow the instructions in that e-mail to complete your account sign-up.
