Welcome to ′My Account′, Our New Customer Portal

We are excited to share that we have completed the merger of Community Utilities of Alabama with Alabama Water Utilities. We will now be known as Alabama Water Utilities.

During this transition, we’ve made several updates to help serve you better, including a new online customer portal called My Account, an updated bill design, and this refreshed website. Please continue reading, as these changes may require action by you.

Community Utilities of Alabama Customers

If you previously set up automatic payments, timely action is needed to ensure uninterrupted services.

Automatic Payment via ACH: Your ACH information has been transferred to our new system. We encourage you to sign up for My Account and confirm your AutoPay information.

Automatic Payment via Credit Card: Credit card payment information WILL NOT BE TRANSFERRED to our new system. Please sign up for My Account to set up automatic payments and enter your credit card payment method.

Existing Alabama Water Utilities Customers

If you have an existing Alabama Water Utilities customer portal profile, your account information will be transferred, and you should have no trouble signing in. Once signed in to My Account, please confirm your bill payment preferences, including Auto Pay, and notification preferences.

This address will be shown on all future bills.

My Account Customer Portal

Please consider signing up for My Account today. You will need to have your 10-digit account number (found on your bill), and service address zip code handy. Watch this  video to see how quick and easy it is.
